Substance Use Clinician (SUD) $50/hr

Damar's Community-Based Services Program is looking for a SUD Clinician. 

The SUD Clinician will perform diagnostic evaluation and treatment recommendations for adult clients for outpatient SUD treatment, and will carry a caseload of SUD treatment clients as assigned.

Services that could be offered in this role:

• Diagnostic evaluation
• Treatment recommendations 

Will work remotely in Marion and Surrounding counties.

• Masters or Doctorate degree in a related human services field 
• Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) credentials.  
• At least 21 years old
• Valid Indiana driver's license
• No felony convictions or other criminal offences
